Biff Bar Vape Pen Trade Terms FAQ for Indiana Retailers and Distributors
Private-label options for Indiana brands
Custom packaging is where own-brand programs win at retail. We produce retail blister cards, display boxes of 10, counter CDU units and flavor-guide cards, all matching your artwork. Files are checked by our pre-press team before printing to avoid the font and barcode errors that delay first launches.
Every quotation for Indiana separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.
Sample policy and product evaluation
The fastest way to a landed quotation is a message with your target quantity, destination and flavor preferences. Send it on WhatsApp or WeChat to +86 13711127975 and a trade specialist replies with unit pricing, freight options and current stock positions.
Claims are rare and handled fast. Photo evidence of a damaged carton or defective unit is matched against batch records and resolved with replacement units on the next biff bar vape pen shipment to Indiana.
Reorder cycles and demand patterns in Indiana
Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.
First orders from Indiana rarely need to be large. A mixed biff bar vape pen carton starting at 100 units tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.

Frequently asked questions
Are samples available before a bulk order?
Sample sets are available for trade buyers evaluating a first order. The sample policy depends on the line and destination; ask the desk for current terms and we will deduct sample cost from the first bulk order where applicable.
Can you help with flavor selection for my market?
Absolutely. We maintain regional sales data and can propose a starter flavor mix matched to Canada, then refine it based on your sell-through. Fruit, ice, mint, tobacco and dessert profiles are all in regular production.
Do you ship to the United Arab Emirates?
Yes — we ship to Vietnam on a regular basis via sea, air or express depending on volume. Ask for a DDP quotation if you want duties and taxes included, or FOB if your forwarder handles freight.
How do you handle defective units?
Confirmed defects are replaced on the next order against photo or video evidence. Pre-shipment AQL inspection keeps defect rates low, and claims are processed against batch records rather than estimates.
Can I print my own brand on the products?
Private-label biff bar vape pen is supported with modest minimums, covering device colors, logo printing, flavor development and full custom retail packaging. Digital mockups precede physical samples, and production starts only after your sign-off.
What payment terms do you accept?
New orders generally run on bank transfer with a deposit to confirm production and the balance before shipment. Established accounts with order history can discuss milestone-based terms for container programs.
How long does production and shipping take?
Ready-stock orders ship within days; custom or production orders take 7 to 10 working days depending on quantity and season. Sea freight to most major markets follows on top of that, with air freight available for urgent launches.
Can I order mixed flavors in one carton?
Yes. Most biff bar vape pen lines allow mixed flavor packing within a master carton, typically in inner-tray multiples. This lets retailers offer a broad range from day one and identify the local best-sellers before reordering deep.
What is the minimum order quantity for biff bar vape pen?
Standard wholesale minimums start at a 50-carton master case, depending on the line and whether stock is ready. Mixed-flavor cartons are available so small buyers can test the full range without overcommitting to a single profile.
