Biff Bar Vape Pen Trade Terms in Colombia: Overview for Trade Buyers

Freight options from Shenzhen to Colombia

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Guangzhou Nansha, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 12 to 18 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

Packaging standards for export cartons

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Colombia launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

Common mistakes Colombia first-time buyers make

The most common first-order error is over-buying a single flavor based on personal taste rather than local data. Mixed cartons and regional recommendations remove most of that risk for biff bar vape pen programs.

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Documents that travel with every shipment

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first Colombia order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.
