Biff Bar Vape Pen Private Label in Vietnam: Field Notes from the Trade Desk

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Landed cost — not factory price — is the number to compare. Freight, duties, insurance and handling can move the final figure substantially. VapeWholesaleHub provides DDP quotations on request, giving a single predictable cost per unit delivered to Vietnam.

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Compliance paperwork for Vietnam imports

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Vietnam warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Vietnam launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.
