Biff Bar Vape Pen Private Label Notes for Estonia Trade Buyers

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Every quotation for Estonia separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Common mistakes Estonia first-time buyers make

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Estonia: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Practical checklist

• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Estonia warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.
