Biff Bar Vape Pen Payment Terms in Ireland: Overview for Trade Buyers

Retail presentation and display support

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Every quotation for Ireland separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

After-sales support and claims handling

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Buyers across Ireland usually start a biff bar vape pen conversation with two questions: what is in stock today, and when it can be on a truck. Ready-stock lines move within days, while production batches follow the 5 to 7 working days window the desk confirms with the quotation.

Storage and shelf life at your Ireland warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.
