Biff Bar Vape Pen Lead Times Checklist for Wisconsin Trade Buyers

Storage and shelf life at your Wisconsin warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Every quotation for Wisconsin separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Claims are rare and handled fast. Photo evidence of a damaged carton or defective unit is matched against batch records and resolved with replacement units on the next biff bar vape pen shipment to Wisconsin.

Sample policy and product evaluation

For container programs and private-label projects, ask for the specification workbook before ordering. Contact the desk at +86 13711127975; most quotes are returned within a few hours during China business time.

Private-label projects for Wisconsin brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

Practical checklist

• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

For online sellers in Wisconsin, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new biff bar vape pen listing go live the day stock arrives.
