Biff Bar Vape Pen Distributor Program Notes for Virginia Trade Buyers

Private-label options for Virginia brands

OEM customers own the relationship with their market while we stay invisible: neutral packing, no supplier paperwork in the carton, and no contact with your end customers. Many of today's regional biff bar vape pen brands started as a single master-canon test order through this program.

Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every biff bar vape pen carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.

Container and pallet economics for Virginia

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Virginia launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

Storage and shelf life at your Virginia warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Retail display units should stay in their sealed trays until sale. Opened stock should be merchandised upright, away from heat sources and strong light. Stores that follow this routine report virtually zero leak or dry-hit complaints across the biff bar vape pen range.
