Biff Bar Vape Pen Distributor Program in New York: Field Notes from the Trade Desk

Freight options from Shenzhen to New York

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Ningbo-Zhoushan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Freight to New York runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to New York: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Comparing quotations the professional way

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and New York trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

For online sellers in New York, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new biff bar vape pen listing go live the day stock arrives.

Common mistakes New York first-time buyers make

Under-planning lead times around Chinese holidays and peak shipping season turns predictable restocks into emergencies. Building a two-week buffer and using split shipments keeps biff bar vape pen shelves full year-round.

Reorder forecasting is a shared exercise. New York buyers who share a rough quarterly forecast get production slots reserved and freight consolidated, which shows up directly in the per-unit number.
