Vietnam Biff Bar Vape Pen Customs Clearance: What Wholesale Buyers Should Know

What Vietnam buyers check before ordering biff bar vape pen

Biff Bar Vape Pen has matured from a novelty SKU into a core category that anchors the counter and the webshop alike. Retailers tell us the segment now accounts for a growing share of basket value, especially when the range is presented with clear flavor organization and dependable batch quality. Our wholesale program is designed to make that presentation easy, from master-carton packing to point-of-sale materials.

Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every biff bar vape pen carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.

Container and pallet economics for Vietnam

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Guangzhou Nansha and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Vietnam: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Landed cost planning for Vietnam buyers

Wholesale biff bar vape pen pricing sits in a wide band depending on specification — roughly $7.40 per unit on typical ready-stock lines, with aggressive tier reductions as quantity increases. Quotations always separate unit price, packing and freight so buyers can see exactly what moves the number.

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Ningbo-Zhoushan, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 10 to 15 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.
